By accessing and using the Webflex AI chatbot platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Service Description

Webflex AI provides an AI-powered chatbot creation and management platform, including training data processing, widget deployment, live chat capabilities, analytics, and integrations with third-party services (HubSpot, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, etc.).

User Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account credentials with others.
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts.

Acceptable Use Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Spam, phishing, or malicious activities.
• Uploading copyrighted material without permission.
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Circumventing usage limits or interfering with other users' access.

Billing & Subscriptions

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
• Price Changes: We will provide 30 days notice of price increases.
• Refund Policy: 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refunds are prorated for annual plans.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are owned by Webflex AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload; you grant us a license to use that content solely to provide the Service.

AI Content Disclaimer

Our chatbots use artificial intelligence and may occasionally provide inaccurate or incomplete responses. You are responsible for reviewing and monitoring all AI-generated content before it reaches your customers.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted after 30 days.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in San Francisco, California, or through binding arbitration.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
